Delivers the assigned tasks / responsibilities within deadlines â ¢ Excellent communications skills and team player â ¢ Create KEDB / SOP documents for Windows Server & VMware MACD Requests â ¢ Guidance to L1 for Incident troubleshooting and providing resolution for Major incidents â ¢ RCAs & Alerts analysis for Monitoring Enhancements â ¢ Publish Capacity reports and dashboards for planning â ¢ Provide technical guidance to L1 and liaisons during major outages/ incidents â ¢ Troubleshooting for major System & Service failures â ¢ Troubleshooting VM Snapshots & restoration issues â ¢ Coordination with vendors during outages â ¢ ESX host health maintenance and troubleshooting â ¢ Monitoring resource bottle necks â ¢ VMotion support and Troubleshooting â ¢ Troubleshooting any issues with updating VM Tools â ¢ Create and Manage Virtual Machine Templates â ¢ Troubleshoot VM Templates & Clone deployment failures - OS (Linux/Windows) â ¢ Documentation and creating Template for inbound services requests, monthly metric capture and reporting on tasks performed â ¢ Installation of ESXi, vCenter, vLogInsight, VMware Data Protection, NSX, Virtual Machine operating system (Linux/Windows) â ¢ Creation of vCenter clusters, distributed virtual switches, distributed port groups â ¢ Adding ESXi hosts into vCenter, configuring them with distributed virtual Switches and port groups â ¢ Experience in Process for receiving, delivering, and documenting all work requirements â ¢ Troubleshooting issues with Snapshots, Cloning, Cold Migrations and Hot Migrations and Templates â ¢ Administration and Troubleshooting of ESXi 5.0&5.5& 6.0, Virtual Center 5.5/6.0 â ¢ Creating and configuring Data Center and clusters in VCenter server â ¢ Experience on Deploying and Managing Virtual Machines using Virtual center through OVF/OVA â ¢ Experience in vMotion and SVMotion, HA & DRS feature
