Job Description Job Description Job Summary: Responsible for the maintenance functions and repairs associated with equipment/machines located in the Calibrated Tool and Equipment Tool Crib.Essential Functions, Roles and Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.Practices safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental policies, procedures, programs and regulationsPerforms a wide variety of highly skilled maintenance, as well as preventative and predictive maintenance work on shop machines and equipmentInterprets complex maintenance manuals, sketches, drawings, and specifications to determine repair and troubleshooting proceduresDisassembles, adjusts, repairs, replaces, and proves out maintenance operations on a diversified line of work, including hydraulics, electronics, pneumatics, mechanical systems and other machine repairPerforms wide range of electrical repairs on equipmentAssists with the moving, relocation, and installation of equipmentMoves and stores hazardous materials in accordance with environmental and safety proceduresFollows lockout tag out proceduresProceeds with minimal supervisionMaintains and monitors Calibrated Tool and Equipment Tool CribEducation, Training, Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED): or minimum 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: None RequiredJob Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Working knowledge of Cactus Wellhead Products; Customer Property, Repair and Remanufacture; Customer Relationships and Networking; Equipment Troubleshooting of Cactus Wellhead and Other EOM Equipment; Infrastructure and Asset Management; Preparing and Evaluating BudgetsAdvanced computer skillsAdvanced Language skills, Mathematical skills and time management abilitySupervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.Disclaimer: This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this position.
