Job Description Job Description Pay: $21.00 - $35.00 per hourHourly-Depending on experience.Schedule: 14 days on /7 days offFull Time: Weekly payWe are seeking a Frac / Diesel Truck / Equipment Repair Mechanic to perform services on heavy-duty trucks and equipment in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, North Dakota, and Pennsylvania.Dutiesof the Diesel-Heavy Duty Truck / Equipment Mechanic mayinclude:Perform diagnostics, trouble shooting and put together repair plans.Computer diagnostic experience a plus but not mandatory.DOT inspections understanding a plus but not mandatory.Evaluate Performance of all drive train component work on diesel and non-diesel equipment and trucks, steering systems.Ability to install, adjust or align brakes, and wheels and wheel components such as bearings and air brake and valve systems to diagnose and repair braking and valve systemsPerform preventive maintenance on all units as scheduledOther tasks as assignedTypes of Equipment:Light/Medium and Heavy-Duty Trucks Diesel Engines, 12 volt vehicle electrical systems.Trailers, Gas Compressors, Lube SystemsQualifications:Minimum 3 year Diesel Mechanical Experience/Training.Must have own toolsBasic understanding of OSHA, Fire Protection regulationsFollow all Safety, Personal Protective and Equipment Policies.Must be able to repair all DOT required items, change tires as neededHas a general knowledge of lube systemsAll applicants must have a professional appearance, valid drivers license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test.Successful candidate will possess and use his/her personal hand tools.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftHolidaysMonday to FridayNight shiftOvertimeExperience:Mechanic: 3 years (Preferred)Relevant: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: On the road
