Job Description Job Description Heavy Equipment Division Sales Manager- HYBRID ROLE60-80k base + 40k minimum commission possibility!We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Heavy Equipment Division Sales Manager to lead and grow our heavy equipment auction segment. This is a hybrid role combining equipment expertise, client relationship management, and sales , with the opportunity to play a key role in our quarterly auctions.Our company conducts four major equipment auctions per year , and this position is critical to ensuring each event is successful—from securing inventory to supporting operations and driving revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and secure heavy equipment inventory for upcoming auctionsBuild and maintain relationships with contractors, fleet owners, and equipment sellersEvaluate equipment, pricing, and market demandManage pre-auction sales pipeline and consigner communicationSupport auction execution, including on-site coordination as neededAssist with additional operational tasks between auction cyclesEnsure all equipment listings are accurate, detailed, and market-readyWhat We're Looking ForStrong knowledge of heavy equipment (construction, ag, trucks, etc.)Sales experience or a natural ability to build and close dealsHighly detail-oriented and organizedComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentSelf-starter who can manage relationships and drive results independentlyCompensationBase salary (DOE)Bonus structure tied to each auction (4 per year)Opportunity for growth within a growing auction operationWhy This Role is UniqueBe a key player in a specialized and growing equipment divisionBlend of sales + operations (not stuck behind a desk)Direct impact on auction success and revenueHigh autonomy with real ownership of your divisionUpcoming Auction TimelineNext major auction: June
