This is a field-driven leadership role, not a desk position.You will work directly with technicians and shop teams to enforce safety, quality, and operational standards, while helping drive consistency across all locations. This role requires someone who can step into the field, identify issues, and take action.Key Responsibilities Field Leadership & AccountabilityTravel regularly between Colorado and Texas locationsWork directly with field teams to ensure procedures and standards are followedIdentify gaps in safety, quality, and documentation and correct them in real timeHold teams accountable to company and client expectationsQHSE Compliance & ExecutionSupport and enforce QHSE policies across all districtsAssist with audits, inspections, and compliance requirementsEnsure work orders, documentation, and certifications are accurate and completeMaintain audit-ready operationsOperations Support & Continuous ImprovementPartner with operations to improve consistency between locationsDrive Lean practices and enforce 5S standards across all shopsIdentify inefficiencies and implement practical improvementsSupport implementation of systems and processesAssist in training technicians on procedures and expectationsReinforce safe work practices and accountabilitySupport development of field personnelIncident & Quality SupportAssist in investigating safety incidents and quality issuesHelp identify root causes and ensure corrective actions are completedQualifications RequiredNDT experience (Level II preferred or strong field experience)3+ years in oilfield services, NDT, or mechanical operationsWillingness to travel regularly between districtsStrong communication skills and ability to work with field personnelSelf-starter who can operate independentlyPreferredPrevious QHSE, safety, or supervisory experienceExperience with Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement practicesExperience working across multiple locationsBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time offWork EnvironmentField-based role with regular travel between Colorado and TexasDirect interaction with technicians, shop teams, and leadershipHands-on involvement in daily operationsHigh-impact role with opportunity for growth as the company expandsJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance
