Primary Purpose

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
• Ability to meet the No Child Left Behind requirements: Associate's Degree or 45 college Semester hours, or pass Academic Assessment Test

Major Responsibilities and Duties

• Xerox work for the teachers that are placed in the "Tray" on the counter.
• Jobs need to be marked with the date required on the work order so that they can be done in a timely manner.
• Laminate work for the teachers and change the laminating film when needed.
• Change the cleaning cartridges, drums, waste toner dispensers, toner and staples when needed.
• Correct any jams or problems on the machines.
• Contact Xerox to turn in a repair job or to order new supplies.
• Keep track of DVD's that are loaned out and make sure they are returned.
• Xerox any forms that are requested from the different dens.
• Run the beginning of the year papers that the principals request.
• Train all new personnel on the use of the machines.
• Keep track of inventory.
• Maintain decorum in the copy room.
• Facilitate long distance classes if required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or school principal.
