Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site General Manager position located in Odessa, TX. The General Manager will oversee operations, ensuring efficiency, and implementing strategies for growth and profitability. Responsibilities include supervising staff, optimizing workflows, and maintaining customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills, including team management, operations oversight, and conflict resolution
• Experience in strategic planning, budget management, and goal setting to align with company objectives
• Knowledge of steel industry processes, materials, and equipment
• Familiarity with inventory management, supply chain logistics, and quality control practices
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to foster client relationships, maintain high service standards, and identify growth opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Previous experience in a similar role within the steel, construction, or manufacturing industry is highly desirable
