This position is ideal for a self-starter who can independently manage all aspects of their cases while providing exceptional client service.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle a wide variety of family law and estate planning mattersTake full ownership of cases from start to finish, including trial preparation and appearancesCommunicate effectively and empathetically with clientsMaintain strong organizational practices and attention to detailWork remotely, with occasional in-person meetings or court appearancesOptional Additional practice areas may include estate planning, criminal law, and general civil litigationJob DetailsRequirementsMinimum 3 years of family law or estate planning experienceMust reside within reasonable travel distance of courthouse and be able to meet clients locally if neededFamiliarity with Clio legal software and Math4Law is a plus*Licensed attorney in good standing with NO disciplinary history in ANY stateInterested in hearing more?
