Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Install and remove lockboxes and signage for listings
Take listing photos and property videos as needed
Deliver and pick up documents, marketing materials, and supplies
Conduct property checks and light errands to support team operations
Assist with event setup and occasional office projects
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Dependability - we rely on you to keep the team moving efficiently
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Prior experience in real estate or field service is a plus (but not required)
