Client Services Representative
- This is 100% inbound client services representative. In this role, you'll be working with existing clients, answering questions, and making routine updates to their policies as needed.
- Service 40-50 calls per day!
- Computer savviness and ability to work with 2 monitors & toggle between multiple screens is helpful!
