What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Develop features for the Models product to assist ML engineers in tracking, visualizing, and analyzing data for experiments
• Collaborate with a small team of Software Engineers to tackle complex technical challenges and design robust APIs
• Partner with product and design teams to translate user requirements into technical implementations
• Identify and refactor areas of technical debt to enhance code maintainability and application performance
• Utilize agile methodologies to break down work into iterative changes, ensuring rapid delivery and user feedback

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years leading significant technical initiatives or architectural changes
• Strong proficiency in Python programming
• Proficiency in at least one compiled language (C++, C, C#, Go), with Go experience being a notable advantage
• Experience with GraphQL APIs, query optimization, and data fetching strategies
• Familiarity with React and Typescript, along with a proven track record of improving complex web applications' performance
