Pipeline Project Manager (Integrity / Midstream)Houston, TX (Hybrid) | Long-Term, Open-Ended Contract (12+ Months) | ~ $80–85/hr (W2 with Benefits)Our client, a leader in North American energy infrastructure, is seeking a Project Manager to join their Pipeline Integrity team in Houston, TX. This role will focus on Integrity Dig projects and midstream pipeline/facilities maintenance, supporting crude oil and refined product pipelines, terminals, and related facilities.This is a long-term opportunity (12+ months with likely extensions) based at corporate headquarters in downtown Houston, with a flexible hybrid schedule once you’re up to speed.Why This Role?Work directly on critical pipeline integrity and remediation projects that protect the environment, communities, and company assetsGain exposure to complex midstream projects (pipeline relocations, HDD, lowering, piping modifications, meter stations, compressor stations)Be part of a collaborative, high-performing team where ownership, initiative, and adaptability are valued more than decades of experienceLong-term stability – current PMs have been in role 2+ yearsKey ResponsibilitiesManage multiple pipeline/facilities projects (integrity digs, remediation, relocations, modifications)Define job scopes, develop cost estimates, and manage project budgets & schedulesLead and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, ROW, permitting, EH&S, contractors, field crews)Ensure compliance with DOT pipeline regulations (CFR 192/195), safety standards, and environmental permitting requirementsProvide accurate monthly cash flow forecasts and maintain project documentationPrepare and deliver updates to leadership, field teams, and regulatory agenciesSupport ongoing process improvements while ensuring safety, reliability, and qualityWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Chemical)~ 5–10+ years of Project Management in midstream pipeline and facilities projectsHands-on experience with Integrity Digs, remediation, HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling), pipeline relocations, or lowering projectsKnowledge of pipeline ROW, permitting, and constructabilityStrong communicator with the ability to simplify and relay technical info across diverse audiencesHighly organized, adaptable, and self-motivated — a proactive problem-solver who takes ownershipProficiency with MS Office; valid US driver’s licenseMust be US Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship available)Role DetailsLocation: Houston, TXSchedule: 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off) Core hours 9 AM–3 PMHybrid: 2 days WFH per week once acclimatedTravel: 20–30% (mostly within 200 miles of Houston; minimal overnight)Contract: 12+ months, long-term potentialScreening: Background check & drug test requiredCompensation & BenefitsPay: ~ +/- $80–85/hr W2 (depending on experience)Contract: 12+ months, with long-term potentialBenefits (while on W2 through Selectek):Company-subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysAbout the CompanyOur client is one of the largest energy infrastructure companies in North America, with 83,000 miles of pipelines and 141 terminals transporting natural gas, crude oil, gasoline, CO?, and more.
