Sterile Processing Tech FT

Choice Care Surgery Center is hiring a Sterile Processing Tech in Midland, TX. Patients can schedule procedures and screenings related to Colonoscopy & Endoscopy, Orthopedics & Spine and Urology at this center.

Sterile Processing Tech at Choice Care Surgery Center:

The Sterile Processing Technician maintains and cares for all surgical instruments. Prepares supplies and instruments for surgery cases.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Sterile Processing experience
  • Completion of a Sterile Process Certification program is preferred
  • Experience with all types of sterilizers
  • Knowledge of operating room instrumentation and procedures
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions of the patient when needed
