The ideal candidate is a highly skilled industrial electrician with proven experience in both electrical systems and instrumentation within a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment. Experience & abilities you will need:High School diploma or equivalentMust have a minimum of 3 to 5 years recent experience working as an Electrician in an industrial and/or manufacturing work environment to be considered.Must be able to work rotating shifts.Comprehensive knowledge of industrial electrical and instrument practices including application of electrical, electronic, and pneumatic principles.Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code.Understand AC single phase and three phase systems and DC solid state drives and motor generator sets. Must understand principles of motor operation.Skilled in electrical control principles.Ability to read and work from electrical and instrument drawings, blueprints, and manufacturers' specifications.Ability to properly install and maintain all necessary fittings, devices, and instruments required for pneumatic and electronic instrumentation.Motors and transformers maintenance and testing, Switchgear / Breakers Must have good written and oral communications and interpersonal skills.Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check, physical examination, and drug screening in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Pay is $41.10 an hour.• >> Currently, we are only able to consider candidates who are U.S. Permanent Residents or U.S. Citizens for this position.
