This position oversees all logistical aspects of event execution, ensures consistent branding and high standards of quality, and works collaboratively across departments, vendors, and university systems.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or CompetenciesMulti-tasker, sometimes juggling several events at one time.Able to communicate effectively with alumni, faculty, staff and students.Be detail oriented.Experience and knowledgeable with budget management in regards to student funds and event projections.Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule to include nights and weekends.Skilled in designing event décor within limited funds essential.Creative aptitude and knowledge of current trends a must.Physical Demands Sitting at computer, walking, carrying and lifting up to 30 pounds.Pushing heavy carts with drinks and food to various places within the building.Set up and break down of tables and seating arrangements.Is driving a responsibility of this position?
