Job Description Summary

Responsible for diesel inventory daily price controls, computer hardware systems, state taxes and the constant tracking and ordering of all fuels.

Essential Responsibilities:
Monitor warehouse (virtual) inventory on a daily basis
Tracks purchases on contracts for rebates and prepares needed documentation.
Maintains and documents required percentage of participation from minority suppliers.
Build and maintain inventory spreadsheets and supporting documents.
Collect, enter and apprise of daily fuel pricing from major oil companies.
Project future fuel requirements.
Nominate line time for fuel tenders.
Order fuel from respective suppliers as necessary.
Coordinate with fuel suppliers for fuel requirements.
Verify and approve fuel receipts and costs from all vendors.
Build and maintain graphs and charts for long term projection and study.
Reconcile month-end terminaling against product sales, barge schedules and tuck deliveries.
Verify quantities shipped and reconcile invoices.
Prepare monthly rent statement based in throughput gallons.
Oversees local acquisition of computers, peripherals and troubleshooting of equipment.
Interface with Corporate IT coordinator on hardware and software.
Coordinate on taxable status of clients with corporate tax status.
Responsible for the coordination of maintenance and repairs of facilities including janitorial services.
