Opportunity Description

We are partnered with a well-established automotive components manufacturer in Detroit. This mid-size organization is experiencing growth across their network of plants and is in need of a Plant General Manager for a new plant start-up that is transition into full-scale manufacturing. The organization is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the new state of the art factory.

Qualifications

• BS Degree
• 10+ Years Operations/Plant leadership in Tier 1 Automotive
• Experience working in a complex facility with multiple manufacturing processes and customers
• Experience leading a 300+ person factory
• Full P&L
• 10+ Direct Reports and 200+ Indirect
