Job Title: Help Desk Specialist - L1

Job Type: W2 6-month contract + potential for extensions/conversion to full-time

Location: Onsite - Austin, TX

Salary Range: $20.31 per hour


Job Description: This position is a 40-hour/week contract role responsible for providing tech support through phone and web portal requests. You will be responsible for taking calls, creating, and managing detailed tickets, and following up on tickets.


Requirements:

  • Open availability, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
  • 1+ years of call center or customer service experience
  • A love of technology and a passion to learn more.
  • Ability to speak to customer's level of expertise.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Expert problem-solver, able to accurately diagnose issues and repair systems.
  • Independent work ethic to implement solutions without constant supervision.
