We are currently looking for a talented Project Manager to join a leading civil General Contractor who are looking to expand in the Houston market. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a fast growing company with a solid pipeline for years to come.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee completion of project
• Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
• Assess risks and establish contingency plans
• Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
• Complete LEED documentation
• Create project budgets.
• Understand and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Establish project milestones and resource needs.
• Partner with clients to communicate, create, execute plan for project completion.
• Manage and track project costs, billings, and resources throughout the project.
• Mentoring junior project managers

Qualifications

• Knowledge of large diameter water lines
• Experience in tunneling and deep shaft construction
• Excellent experience managing complex underground utility projects
• General Contracting background
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project from start to finish
• Strong communication skills

Salary

• $125,000-$150,000
