This position will be on site in Odessa, TX.

Position Summary: Fivestone Management, LLC is looking for someone to perform cleaning duties to maintain the establishment in a clean and orderly manner. This is a morning shift part time position-up to 29 hours a week.

Key Roles / Responsibilities:

• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, and any other common area so that health standards are met.
• Mop floors.
• Disinfect equipment and supplies.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport waste to disposal area.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies as needed.
• Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
• Wash window walls, ceilings, and woodwork. Waxing and polishing as needed.
• Observe precautions required to protect property and report any damage or theft.
• Replenish supplies such as liners and bathroom items.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Possess a strong work ethic, integrity, and honesty.
• Dependable, reliable, and capable of fulfilling responsibilities.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Sensitive to confidential information.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Housekeeping experience.

Working Conditions:

• Bending, lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, kneeling, sitting, walking, kneeling, stooping, squatting, crouching, crawling, talking, hearing, seeing, and standing (occasionally) for long periods of time.
• Must demonstrate manual dexterity and be able to use hands to handle or feel objects or tools.
• The essential duties of this position require moderate to heavy lifting.
• Able to work under stressful conditions at times.
