Responsibilities:
* Move materials, parts and/or products within the facility via forklift
* Package finished products for shipping
* Maintain work areas in clean and orderly manner
* Ability to work flexible hours, overtime and weekends as directed by the run schedule, which may be unpredictable and on short notice of required overtime
* Must have technical learning skills
* Maintain safe work environment and follow all safety standards
* Comply with all OSHA standards and Textron health & safety standards
* Comply with all ISO 14001 standards
* Comply with all IATF 16949 standards
* Identify waste minimization and material recycling opportunities where applicable
Ergonomic Focus:
* Perform other duties incidental to the job as directed
* Able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds on a regular basis
* Some aspects of the job may require repetitive motion
* Up to 12-hour shifts (standing and/or operating forklifts for long periods of time)
* Significant amount of bending and twisting
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Works well in a team environment

* Previous manufacturing experience a plus
* Minimum computer experience
* Forklift license is preferred
