Data entry and gathering to include, but not limited to: SharePoint, Excel, Wellview, TOW, Geoforce, XSPOC, Enablon, Databasin, Oracle, PLEX, PASS, Power BI, Zoho, Open Invoice
Track and monitor workover data, submit partner reports as required, code/stamp invoices/field tickets
Create and update various KPI's for departmental needs
Coordinate/order new lease/well signs as needed
Create basic presentations for meetings when required
Scribe and organize meetings for workgroups, subcommittees, and focus groups
Assist with training/technical assistance as needed
Assist Supervisors/Management with various projects as needed
Provide backup for other Ops Techs when necessary
Qualification:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent certification; associate degree preferred; College degree maybe considered in lieu of experience
Minimum of 2 years of prior O&G experience - preferably as a Field Operations Technician (compensation grade to tier with additional experience)
Basic computer skills Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Prior O&G database experience with a working knowledge of Peloton Products (Wellview), Oracle, Databasin, TOW, Open Invoice; Spotfire and PowerBI exposure preferred
Must be self-motivated and capable of integrating within multi-discipline teams
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
