The Inventory Coordinator will Coordinates and serves as the liaison between Sales, Service and Operations departments of SITECH

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Create and prepare purchase orders involving inventory and sales work orders

* Work with service and repair facility on component repairs and processing

* Work with Sales and Service Coordinator to fulfill system parts needs

* Prepare and pull components for service and rental work orders

* Maintenance and renewal of rental & demo fleet warranty

* Tracking of parts shipments from vendors

* Receive orders into the our inventory management system

* Shelve, maintain and organize inventory in warehouse, remote locations and vehicles.

* Prepare & package components and ensuring delivery of components via shuttle, Fed Ex, UPS

* Able to lift heavy boxes up to 50 pounds.

* Record and maintain inventory and pricing in inventory system.

* Assist with walk-in traffic helping with sales and service on behalf of customer

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, write routine reports and correspondence, speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

* Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
